Refund & Payment Policy – Poseidon Ascend Retreats

Deposit & Payment Structure
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the retreat. Payment in installments is possible and can be arranged through mutual agreement between the guest and Poseidon Ascend.

Refund Policy

  • The 50% deposit becomes non-refundable starting 60 days (2 months) prior to the scheduled retreat start date.

  • Guests may receive a full refund if they are able to help us find and confirm another paying guest to take their spot.

  • If cancellation occurs more than 60 days in advance, the deposit is fully refundable, minus any applicable transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat will forfeit the deposit, unless the replacement condition above is met.

Natural Events & Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events—Poseidon Ascend reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat. In such cases, guests will be given the option to:

  • Transfer their reservation to a rescheduled or future retreat at no extra cost, or

  • Receive a credit equivalent to the amount paid, valid for use within 18 months of the original retreat date.

Refunds will not be provided for force majeure events unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We highly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.
