Poseidon Ascend expeditions are hosted by Tavi Castro, world-record freediver, performance coach, and underwater cinematographer. With a global audience of millions and years of experience working in extreme environments, Tavi combines freediving expertise, breathwork training, and storytelling to create experiences that are both physically exhilarating and deeply meaningful.

Participants are guided safely through every step of the journey, from the first breathwork session to their deepest underwater exploration.

Limited Group Size

Each expedition is intentionally limited to a small number of participants to ensure safety, quality of instruction, and a highly personal experience. Many expeditions fill months in advance. If one of the expeditions resonates with you, we recommend securing your place early.
