Overview
Cenote Freediving & Breathwork
Experience cenote freediving in Tulum through a private session that combines breathwork, depth training, and immersion in the underground rivers of the Yucatán.
This experience begins on land with guided breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, improve breath awareness, and prepare the body for depth. The session then moves to a cenote, where we spend several hours diving in calm freshwater surrounded by limestone formations and natural light.
Cenotes offer one of the most controlled and beautiful environments in the world for freediving. The water is calm, visibility is exceptional, and the experience is deeply immersive.
Whether you are completely new to freediving or already comfortable underwater, this private session is designed to help you relax, improve your breath-hold awareness, and safely explore depth.
