The Cenote Freediving Training Package is designed for guests who want more than a single experience in the water.
Across three private sessions, we progressively work on breath control, relaxation, technique, and depth adaptation in the calm and clear waters of the cenotes around Tulum.
Each session builds on the previous one, allowing your body and nervous system to adapt naturally to breath-hold diving while improving confidence and efficiency underwater.
Depending on your experience level, sessions may focus on relaxation, equalization, depth progression, or advanced freediving techniques.
The cenotes provide one of the most controlled environments in the world for freediving, making them ideal for structured training.
